New Issue: Kazakhstan auctions KZT 20.33 billion treasury bonds due 2013 to yield 1.9343%

Madison, Wis., April 5 - The Kazakhstan Finance Ministry said it accepted orders for KZT 20.33 billion of short-term treasury bonds (Mekkam-12, 123rd issue) on Wednesday.
The bonds mature on April 4, 2013.
The bonds priced at 98.1024, for proceeds of KZT 19.95 billion, to yield 1.9343%.
Active orders were received for KZT 47.91 billion of bonds. The amount of accepted orders represents 135.6% of the issuer's planned issuance of KZT 15 billion of bonds.
