Madison, Wis., Dec. 12 - The Kazakhstan Finance Ministry said it accepted orders for another KZT 10.5 billion of 5½% mid-term treasury bonds (Meokam-60, 46th issue) on Wednesday.
The ministry said this brings the total size of the issue to KZT 32.69 billion. The initial KZT 19.6 billion of five-year bonds settled on Oct. 23 and an additional KZT 2.59 billion settled on Nov. 27.
The net price for the latest bonds was 99.9926, for proceeds of KZT 10.58 billion, to yield 5½%.
Active orders were received for KZT 16.86 billion of bonds. The net price on submitted orders ranged from 95.8778 to 100.6703, and the yields ranged form 5.34% to 6½%.
The amount of accepted orders represents 150% of the issuer's planned issuance of KZT 7 billion of bonds.
