New Issue: Kazakhstan auctions KZT 7.61 billion of 3% treasury bonds due 2014

Madison, Wis., Nov. 2 - The Kazakhstan Finance Ministry said it auctioned KZT 7.61 billion of 3% mid-term treasury bonds (Meokam-24, 83rd issue) on Friday.

Active orders were received for KZT 10.61 billion of the two-year bonds. The amount of accepted orders represents 76.1% of the issuer's planned issuance of KZT 10 billion of bonds.
