New Issue: Kazakhstan auctions KZT 4.42 billion short-term Treasury bonds at 1.717% average yield

Madison, Wis., Jan. 19 - The Kazakhstan Finance Ministry said it accepted orders for KZT 4.42 billion of short-term Treasury bonds (Mekkam) on Wednesday.

The bonds, which mature on Jan. 19, 2012, were sold at a weighted average price of 98.312 for a weighted average yield of 1.717%.
