New Issue: Kazakhstan’s KazAgroFinance places KZT 7 billion 8½% bonds due 2022 to yield 8.61%

Madison, Wis., July 17 – JSC KazAgroFinance sold KZT 7 billion of 8½% bonds due 2022 at a special trading session held on Friday, according to a Kazakhstan Stock Exchange announcement.

The net price for the bonds was 99.4224, corresponding to a yield of 8.61%.

The company registered to issue KZT 18 billion of the bonds in June and had planned to place the full amount at Friday’s session.

KazAgroFinance provides domestic agricultural producers with access to financing. The issuer is based in Astana, Kazakhstan.
