New Issue: KazAgroFinance places KZT 6.09 billion more 12% bonds due 2024

Los Angeles, May 7 – JSC KazAgroFinance sold KZT 6,090,496,000 of additional 12% bonds due December 2024 at a special trading session held on Wednesday, according to a Kazakhstan Stock Exchange announcement.
The “clean” price for the bonds was 96.5621, corresponding to a yield of 13%.
The amount sold represents 99.7% of the issuer’s planned placement of KZT 6,107,496,000 of bonds.
The company had registered to issue a total of KZT 20 billion of the bonds and previously sold KZT 13,892,504,000 of the bonds.
KazAgroFinance provides domestic agricultural producers with access to financing. The issuer is based in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan.
