Kavveri Telecom Products weighs issuing foreign-currency convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., May 31 - Kavveri Telecom Products Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will consider plans to issue foreign-currency convertible bonds at a board of directors meeting on June 2.

The Bangalore-based company also may issue shares, Global Depositary Receipts and American Depositary Receipts.

Kavveri designs, develops and manufactures hardware products and solutions for the telecom industry.
