Kazakhstan's Kaspi Bank sets guidance for three-year dollar notes

Atlanta, Oct. 24 - Kazakhstan's JSC Kaspi Bank gave initial guidance of 9¾% to 10% on its upcoming offering of three-year dollar-denominated notes (expected ratings: B1/BB-/), a market source said.

JPMorgan and VTB Capital are the joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S transaction. RESMI FIH JSC is the local arranger.

The notes are expected to price by the end of the week.

Kaspi is an Almaty, Kazakhstan-based bank.
