New Issue: Thailand’s Group Lease prices 1.5 billion baht 2.84% three-year bonds

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 29 – Group Lease PCL issued 1.5 billion baht of 2.84% three-year debentures at par on Thursday, according to a Thailand Stock Exchange notice.

Kasikorn Bank PCL is the underwriter and guarantor.

The unsubordinated debentures are partially secured and are non-callable.

In 2013 the company had announced plans to issue up to 2 billion baht of bonds. In February 2014, the company issued 500 million baht of bonds, leaving 1.5 billion baht available.

The company increased the size of its debenture program to 2.5 billion baht from 2 billion baht following shareholder approval at a meeting held in April, according to a corrected company announcement.

Group Lease is a motorcycle leasing business based in Bangkok.
