Thailand’s Kasikornbank to redeem 7.5 billion baht debentures Sept. 22

Madison, Wis., July 27 – Kasikornbank PCL said it will redeem in full its 7.5 billion baht subordinated debentures due June 22, 2020 on Sept. 22.

The redemption price will include interest accrued from June 22 to Sept. 21. The debentures currently carry a coupon of 4½%.

The record date for the redemption is Sept. 8.

The Bangkok-based bank issued the debentures in June 2010.
