New Issue: Thailand's Kasikornbank prices $350 million 3½% notes due 2019 at 185 bps spread

Atlanta, April 22 - Thailand's Kasikornbank PCL sold $350 million 3½% notes due Oct. 25, 2019 (expected ratings: A3/BBB+/BBB+) at 99.599 to yield 3.581%, or Treasuries plus 185 basis points, on Tuesday, a market source said.
Barclays and Standard Chartered Bank were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
The issuer is a Bangkok-based bank.
