New Issue: Thailand’s Kasikornbank sells $350 million 4% perpetual notes

Buffalo, N.Y., Aug. 10 – Kasikornbank PCL, acting through its Hong Kong Branch, issued $350 million additional tier 1 perpetual subordinated notes, with a 4% coupon, according to a listing notice Tuesday.

Merrill Lynch (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., Standard Chartered Bank and Citigroup Global Markets Ltd. are the lead managers and bookrunners.

The listing for the notes is expected on the Singapore Exchange effective Aug. 11.

The bank is based in Bangkok.
