Karuturi Networks to issue up to $100 million in convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., July 30 - Karuturi Networks Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that it plans to raise up to $100 million in convertibles.

The company held a board meeting on Monday to approve the proposal.

Karuturi Networks is a Bangalore, India-based business Internet infrastructure company.
