Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 16 - Karoon Gas Australia Ltd. said it has completed a A$51.06 million private placement of shares.
The company sold 14.8 million shares at A$3.45 per share.
Southern Cross Equities, BBY Ltd, EL&C Baillieu and Intersuisse were the agents.
Proceeds will be used for exploration.
Karoon is an energy exploration company based in Mount Martha, Australia.
