Karnataka Bank board to consider private placement of tier II bonds

Columbus, Ohio, March 20 - Karnataka Bank Ltd.'s board will meet on March 26 to consider a private placement of unsecured redeemable non-convertible subordinated tier II bonds series I through promissory notes or debentures.

Karnataka is a bank with headquarters in Mangalore, India.
