Amira prices $90 million initial public offering of stock at $10.00

Deal offers 9 million ordinary shares with a $13.5 million greenshoe

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 10 - Amira Nature Foods Ltd. said it priced its $90 million initial public offering of stock with a $13.5 million greenshoe. It expects the shares to trade on the NYSE under the symbol "ANFI."

The company will sell 9 million ordinary shares at $10.00 per share.

UBS Securities LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. are the joint bookrunners.

The provider of packaged Indian specialty rice is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
