Moody's: KAR unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said KAR Auction Services, Inc.'s proposed amendment to its first-lien credit agreement is credit positive as it improves KAR's debt maturity profile while reducing annual interest expense. However, it has no impact on the B1 corporate family rating, SGL-2 speculative grade liquidity rating or stable outlook.
