Moody’s changes KAR view to stable

Moody's Investors Service said it changed KAR Auction Services Inc.'s outlook to stable from negative on improved credit metric expectations.

Moody’s also affirmed the B2 corporate family rating, B2-PD probability of default rating and Ba3 rating on the senior secured credit facilities and Caa1 rating on the senior unsecured notes.

Moody's also revised the speculative grade liquidity rating to SGL-1 from SGL-3.
