New Issue: Kansas Development Finance sells $202.54 million revenue bonds

New York, March 31 – The Kansas Development Finance Authority sold $202,535,000 of series 2015G Bio- and Ago-Defense facility revenue bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aa3/AA-/) were issued through Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.
The bonds are due 2018 to 2035 with 4% to 5% coupons.
Proceeds will be used to finance a gift to Kansas State University in Manhattan to construct a Bio- and Agro-Defense facility as part of a partnership with the Department of Homeland Security.
