Lifespace Communities, Iowa, considers refunding, new money bond sale

New York, Jan. 27 – The Lifespace Communities Inc. of Iowa announced its intention to sell refunding and new money bonds in a letter from the company.
The refund bonds are expected to refund the company’s series 1999A revenue refunding bonds issued through the Illinois Health Facilities Authority; its series 2010T taxable revenue bonds issued through the Kansas Development Finance Authority; its series 2013CV revenue bonds issued through the Kansas Development Finance Authority; its series 2003A revenue refunding bonds issued through the Chartiers Valley Industrial and Commercial Development Authority; and its series 2007 revenue bonds issued through the Palm Beach County Health Facilities Authority.
The refund bonds could be sold within the next 60 days.
The company might also issue $20 million of new money revenue bonds for the Illinois Finance Authority.
