Fitch affirms Kansas City Southern

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed its long-term issuer default rating for Kansas City Southern at BBB. The outlook is stable.

Fitch also affirmed and withdrew all ratings for Kansas City Southern Railway Co. and Kansas City Southern de Mexico SA de CV.

“KCS's ratings reflect the company's modest leverage, solid FCF, financial flexibility and strong operating margins,” the agency said in a news release.
