Kansas City Southern de Mexico talks $250 million three-year notes at Libor plus 75 bps area

Atlanta, Oct. 24 - Kansas City Southern de Mexico SA de CV set guidance in the Libor plus 75 basis points area for its upcoming offering of $250 million three-year notes (Baa3/BBB-/BBB-), a market source said.

BofA Merrill Lynch, JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The issuer is a Mexico City-based freight transportation company.
