Moody's rates Kansas City Southern de Mexico notes B1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a B1 rating to Kansas City Southern de Mexico, SA de CV's $185 million notes due 2020.

The company has a corporate family rating of B1.

The outlook is positive.

Proceeds will be used to help repay the company' 7 5/8% senior notes due 2013 and 12½% senior notes due 2016, which have been tendered for redemption.
