New Issue: Kansas City, Mo., brings to market $54.37 million of water revenue debt

New York, May 8 - The City of Kansas City, Mo., sold $54,365,000 of series 2014A water revenue bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (Aa2/AA+/) were sold competitively.

The bonds are due 2015 to 2036 with a term bond due in 2038. The serial coupons range from 2% to 5%. The 2038 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 102.469.

Proceeds will be used to finance additions, extensions and improvements to the city's water system.
