Washington, Dec. 1 - Kansai Mining Corp. priced a C$2.5 million private placement of units.
The company plans to sell 20 million units of one share and one warrant at C$0.125 per unit. Each warrant will be exercisable at C$0.125 for two years.
The deal will be non-brokered.
Proceeds will be used for working capital.
Kansai is a mining and exploration company based in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory.
