China's Kandi Technolgies files $30 million shelf for debt, preferreds

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 19 - Kandi Technolgies Corp. filed a $30 million shelf registration in an S-3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers common stock, preferred stock, warrants, subscription rights and debt securities.

The securities may be structured as convertibles.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Based in Jinhua, China, Kandi Technologies designs, develops, manufactures and commercializes all-terrain vehicles, go-karts and specialized automobile related products.
