Atlanta, June 30 - Kana Software, Inc. said it has raised $2,399,996 from a private placement.
The offering includes 1,631,541 shares at $1.471 each sold to a group of institutional investors led by NightWatch Capital Partners, LP and NightWatch Capital Partners II, LP, and including RHP Master Fund, Ltd.
NightWatch bought $2 million of the offering.
The investors also received warrants for 815,769 shares, exercisable at $2.452 each through Dec. 27.
The proceeds will go towards working capital.
Based in Menlo Park, Calif., Kana develops consumer relationship management software.
