NightWatch Capital reports 21.9% stake in Kana Software

Charlotte, N.C., May 22 - Kana Software, Inc. investors led by NightWatch Capital Management, LLC purchased 894,351 shares of the company's stock between May 8 and May 16, priced from $3.20 to $3.26 per share.

The reporting persons beneficially own 7,912,725 shares, or 21.9%, of the Menlo Park, Calif., customer communication software company's outstanding stock.
