Kamps 300 million euros seven-year notes talked in 8½% area

St. Louis, Mo., Feb. 7 - Kamps AG's offering of €300 million senior unsecured notes due 2009 (BB-) is talked to price at a yield in the 8½% area, according to a syndicate source.

The deal is expected to price Wednesday Feb. 13, according to a syndicate source.

J.P. Morgan is the bookrunner for the Rule 144A offering and BNP Paribas is joint lead.

The notes are non-callable for four years. Proceeds will be used to repay debt.
