Kamps to sell 300 million euros notes via J.P. Morgan

St. Louis, Mo., Jan. 22 - Kamps AG will likely begin US and European road shows on Monday for approximately €300 million of high yield bonds, a syndicate source told Prospect News.

J.P. Morgan was identified as the bookrunner. The notes are expected to price during the week of Feb. 4.

"I know there are rumblings out there, but we haven't officially announced it yet," the source said, adding that further details are expected to emerge soon.
