Kaminak Gold greenshoe exercised for C$2.9 million placement of stock

C$395,125 greenshoe exercised in full; Raymond James led underwriters

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 24 - Kaminak Gold Corp. said it completed a C$2.9 million private placement of stock. The deal priced for C$2.5 million with a 15% greenshoe on Sept. 5.

The company sold 3,047,500 flow-through common shares at C$0.95 per share on a bought-deal basis. The price per share is a 5.56% premium to the Sept. 4 closing share price of C$0.90.

The deal will be conducted by a syndicate of underwriters led by Raymond James Ltd. and including RBC Dominion Securities Inc., Beacon Securities Ltd., Canaccord Genuity Corp., Cormark Securities Inc. and Mackie Research Capital Corp.

Proceeds will be used for exploration and general working capital purposes.

Vancouver, B.C.-based Kaminak is a gold, uranium and nickel exploration company.
