Gabelli, Gamco investors sell shares, keep 11.72% stake in Kaman

Charlotte, N.C., June 15 - Kaman Corp. investors led by Gabelli Funds LLC and Gamco Asset Management Inc. sold 315,557 shares of the company's stock between April 30 and June 13, priced from $23.81 to $31.05, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The reporting persons beneficially own 2,868,284 shares, or 11.72%, of the Bloomfield, Conn., industrial components distribution company's outstanding stock.
