S&P snips Kaman
S&P said it lowered Kaman Corp.’s issuer rating to B+ from BB-.
“Weaker-than-expected performance in specific business segments has negatively affected Kaman Corp.'s EBITDA margins and cash flow. We expect the company's leverage to be well above 4x in 2023 and we see risks to improvement,” S&P said in a press release.
The outlook is stable.
