Kamadgiri Synthetics to consider issuing convertible securities

Knoxville, Tenn., June 11 - Kamadgiri Synthetics Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will consider plans to issue convertible securities at a board of directors meeting on June 12.

The company also may issue equity shares or warrants.

Kamadgiri Synthetics is a Mumbai, India-based manufacturer of fabrics.
