Indonesia's Kaltim Prima Coal delays $375 million notes

New York, May 10 - Kaltim Prima Coal is delaying its $375 million offering of floating-rate and fixed-rate notes due to market conditions, according to market sources.

Credit Suisse First Boston and JP Morgan were running the Rule 144A/Regulation S deal.

Kaltim Prima Coal is Indonesia's second largest coal mining company.
