The company sold 5 million shares to a group of sophisticated and professional investors.
Delta Capital was the placement agent.
Proceeds will be used for the development of the company's Jackpot mine and for working capital.
Based in Northbridge, Western Australia, Kalgoorlie is a mineral exploration company.
