By Sheri Kasprzak

New York, Sept. 10 - The Kalamazoo Hospital Finance Authority of Michigan is expected to price $124.455 million in series 2010 hospital revenue and revenue refunding bonds for the Bronson Methodist Hospital on Monday, according to a sales calendar.

The bonds (A2) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Ziegler Capital Markets Group as the lead manager.

Proceeds will be used to refund the hospital's series 1998 revenue refunding and improvement bonds and its series 2009 revenue refunding bonds, as well as finance the reconstruction, remodeling and equipment of hospital facilities and the termination of all or a portion of interest-rate hedge agreements related to the series 2006 and series 2009A bonds.
