Bronson Methodist Hospital, Mich., to convert $92.2 million series 2003 revenue refunding bonds

New York, April 17 - The City of Kalamazoo Hospital Finance Authority in Michigan plans to convert $92.2 million of its series 2003 revenue refunding bonds, a notice of conversion said Thursday.

The bonds to be converted include $41.1 million in series 2003A and $41.1 million in series 2003B bonds sold for Bronson Methodist Hospital. The bonds will be converted to a long-term mode from an auction-rate mode.

Both series of bonds will be converted on May 1.
