India's Kajaria Ceramics may sell up to $30 million of convertibles

New York, Sept. 26 - Kajaria Ceramics Ltd. said it may sell up to $30 million of convertible bonds or Global Depositary Receipts under an approval given by its board of directors on Saturday.

Proceeds will be used for capital expenditures.

Kajaria is a New Delhi, India, maker of ceramic tiles.
