Moody's rates Kabel notes B1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a definitive B1 rating to Kabel Deutschland Holding AG's €400 million notes due 2017.

The outlook is stable.

Moody's said the final terms of the notes are essentially in line with those reviewed when assigning the provisional ratings. The increase in notes issued to €400 million from €300 million does not have any effect on the ratings.
