Kabel Deutschland taps four banks for complete PIK loan refinancing

Madison, Wis., June 7 - Kabel Deutschland Holding AG has mandated Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs International, ING Bank and Morgan Stanley for a full refinancing of its PIK loan, according to a company news release.

The banks will convene on June 9 to discuss the new capital raise.

More information will be released on Wednesday, when the company announces its results for the fiscal year ended March 31.

Kabel Deutschland is an Unterfoehring, Germany-based cable operator.
