Fitch affirms Kabel Deutschland

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed Kabel Deutschland Vertrieb und Service GmbH & Co. AG's long-term issuer default rating at BB-, senior secured bank facilities at BB+ and the senior notes of holding company Kabel Deutschland GmbH at BB-.

The outlook is positive.

The ratings reflects the strength of Kabel Deutschland's business model with utility-like revenue streams from its large basic TV subscriber base, Fitch said.

The positive outlook reflects the company's strong operational momentum, the agency said.
