Moody's ups Kabel Deutschland outlook to stable

Moody's Investors Service said it has changed the outlooks of Kabel Deutschland GmbH to stable from negative.

The corporate family rating and the rating on the existing bonds remain at Ba3 and B2. respectively, the agency said.

According to Moody's, the change in outlook reflects Kabel Deutschland's achievement of its financial parameters guidance for the fiscal year 2007/08 while the company reported EBITDA increased from €382.5 million in 2006/07 to €457.8 million 2007/08.
