Moody's: Kabel Deutschland view negative

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook on Kabel Deutschland GmbH's corporate family and debt issue ratings to negative from stable. This follows the company's agreement with Orion Group to acquire networks in which the company already has a presence.

According to the agency, the negative outlook reflects the likely increase in leverage after the acquisition, which could result in delays to improving financial metrics if combined with spending.
