AM General to launch $815 million credit facility Thursday

New York, July 18 - AM General LLC is scheduled to hold a bank meeting on Thursday at 10 a.m. ET to launch its proposed $815 million credit facility, according to a market source.

Citigroup is the lead bank on the deal.

Details on the structure of the credit facility are not yet available, the source added.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt.

AM General is a South Bend, Ind., military and special purpose vehicles company.
