Ames True Temper amends loan to get covenant relief for fiscal 2006

New York, Dec. 7 - Ames True Temper Inc. amended its credit facility in order to gain some covenant relief during fiscal 2006, according to a company news release.
The amendment was completed on Dec. 1.
Ames True Temper is a Camp Hill, Pa.-based manufacturer and marketer of non-powered lawn and garden tools and accessories.
