Ameristar Casinos to draw on facility for note redemption

New York, Jan. 17 - Ameristar Casinos, Inc. said it will use borrowings under its senior secured credit facilities to fund the redemption of all $380 million of its 10¾% senior subordinated notes due 2009.

The Las Vegas gaming and entertainment company said the notes will be redeemed on Feb. 15.
