Ameristar Casinos to start roadshow Monday for $500 million five-year notes

St. Louis, May 8 - Ameristar Casinos, Inc. will hold a Monday to Wednesday investor roadshow for its new $500 million offering of five-year senior notes, according to an informed source.

An investor call is scheduled for noon ET on Monday.

Pricing is set for Wednesday.

Banc of America Securities LLC, Wachovia Securities LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. are joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A with registration rights offering.

The notes will come with two years of call protection and a change-of-control put at 101%.

Proceeds will be used to prepay and permanently retire the Las Vegas-based gaming and entertainment company's revolving credit facility.
