AmerisourceBergen to redeem 7.8% TOPrS

New York, April 28 - AmerisourceBergen said it will redeem the 7.8% Trust Originated Preferred Securities issued by its subsidiary Bergen Capital Trust I on May 28.

The Valley Forge, Pa., pharmaceutical services companies will pay the liquidation preference of $25.00 per preferred security plus accrued distributions through the redemption date.
