Moody's lifts Clean Harbors

Moody's Investors Service said it upgraded the corporate family rating of Clean Harbors, Inc. to Ba2 from Ba3.

The outlook is stable.

Moody's said the upgrade reflects Clean Harbors' rising scale and diversity as a hazardous waste disposal and environmental services business and its view that a favorable outlook for North American oil production and a gradually improving U.S. economy through 2013 should continue the company's good credit metrics.
